The Fine Print
Your Gift Card are valid for one year from the date of issue and subject to availability. The Spa is located on Level -1 of The Madrid EDITION. Please arrive 30–60 minutes prior to your appointment (15 minutes for 11:00 AM appointments). Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time. Changes made within 12 hours of the appointment are subject to a 30% fee. Cancellations within 12 hours and no-shows will incur a 100% charge and the certificate will be considered redeemed. Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They may be redeemed towards spa treatments or retail products and must be used in full during a single visit. No remaining balance, credit or refund will be issued.
